REFLECTIONS
The Reflections program is to be a resource for PTA/PTSA leaders in partnering with schools to provide opportunities for all students to explore and be involved in the arts. Winning entries are selected at the Council, State and National level. A PTA/PTSA may choose to participate in one or has many categories as you would like. This year’s theme is "Let Your Imagination Fly."

Reflections Special Artists
Student Eligibility: The National PTA Special Artist Division is an option for students with a disability as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Generally, rules and guidelines within the Special Artists Division are intended to ensure accessibility to the National PTA Reflections® Program and are modeled after the guidelines outlined in the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Who qualifies as a disabled individual under the law?
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines an individual with a disability as a person who:

Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of that person;

Has a record of such an impairment; or
-
Is regarded as having such an impairment.

Participation Summary - This summary should be completed by the Local PTA Reflections Coordinator to report the number of students participating at their school.
