You have 14 days to complete this user friendly 2 hours online course.

This is only available in English online, for Spanish training please attend an onsite training.

At the end of the course you will have the opportunity to download the FOUNDATIONS: Leader Orientation Resource Guide.

Once you complete the course, please print the certificate of completion. We suggest you make a copy of your certificate and present it to your PTA/PTSA secretary, for the records of the PTA/PTSA board. We suggest all board members that complete the course do this, then there is a record with your PTA/PTSA board that you have completed it.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: Once you complete the course, Texas PTA will mail you the certificate of completion. Foundations: Leader Orientation
LANGUAGE: The onsite course is available in Spanish and English (for onsite dates and times, please visit the calendar on this website).
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE: Open to PTA/PTSA members, but required for PTA/PTSA board members, including principals as they are a board member. All board members are required to complete this training by October 15th per PTA bylaws. If you have not completed this yet, please do so.
